RENTAL AGREEMENT (Half day rentals may not exceed 4 hours including: setup, tear down, and cleaning. Full day rentals may not exceed 8 hours including: setup, tear down and cleaning)

If multiple day sessions require a change in setup an additional fee of $50 will be assessed for each change. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment is required 48 hours prior to event. Changes in original setup may be made 72 hours prior to event and no later. Facility rental fee for events where tickets are sold or booth rental fees are charged shall be the greater of the above fees or 10% of total auditable gross revenues plus $1 per ticket or $5 per booth sold. All ticketed events require full day rental.
Additional Charges
  • A/V Technician: $25/Hour
  • Security (per officer): $20/Hour
  • Extra Setup (per person): $20/Hour
  • Additional Cleaning: $25/Hour
  • Ticket Booth Staffing: $50/Non-Profit/$100 Profit
  • Additional A/V Equipment: Negotiable
